ALLEN PARK —A woman was cited for retail fraud Sept. 29 after she attempted to fraudulently obtain a new $40 purse by emptying the contents of her old purse into the new purse without paying for it.
She had been in the store with two men, neither of whom were cited nor taken into custody.
