ALLEN PARK —A woman was prevented from exiting Target, 3100 Fairlane Drive the afternoon of Sept. 29 after she tried to conceal merchandise valued at $105 on her person.
She had no prior retail fraud convictions. The woman was cited for retail fraud and banned from all area Target stores.
