LINCOLN PARK — A resident reported that his recycling bin disappeared on the block’s regular waste pickup day.
He said the bin was on the curb awaiting pickup when he left for work, but later it was nowhere to be found in his immediate neighborhood. He was given a police report number to facilitate acquiring a replacement recycling bin from the waste disposal company.
