ALLEN PARK —A 2015 GMC Terrain was reported stolen overnight the morning of July 29 from a residential street, with a surveillance camera capturing footage at 2:44 a.m. of a stranger inside the car.
The sport utility vehicle was unlocked, and the keys were inside it.
The victim said she was up-to-date on payments, so it was not subject to repossession. It was entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen and an alert was issued to the Downriver Central Dispatch center.
