RIVERVIEW — A black Mazda 6 that was being driven at an excessive rate of speed June 30 on Pennsylvania Road was impounded and towed when it was determined during a traffic stop that the driver, a 26-year-old Allen Park man, had a suspended license.
The man declined a courtesy ride, and was released at the scene.
