RIVERVIEW — A 30-year-old Detroit man was cited June 5 for driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop on northbound Fort Street for non-functioning tail lights associated with crash damage.

The driver had numerous misdemeanor warrants, but because the police officers received a call for a domestic violence incident, the car was turned over to a licensed passenger and they were released at the scene.
