MELVINDALE — A blue Dodge Ram that has been abandoned in the 17000 block of Hanna for several years was finally impounded and towed June 26, and the owner, a 53-year-old Taylor man, will have to get vehicle insurance and renew the license plate, which expired in April 2021, before he may reclaim the vehicle.
The vehicle owner had amassed 15 tickets, and had received 11 arrest warrants for failing to pay the fines.
