DEARBORN —A Dearborn teen was cited for reckless driving and a curfew violation at 3:10 a.m. June 23 near Michigan and Wyoming avenues, where screeching tires and a cloud of smoke drew the attention of passing police officers.

The vehicle, a black 2012 Dodge Charger, which did not have a license plate, was not insured and was not registered in his name, was impounded and towed.

The young man was also found to be in illegal possession of a Spearmint Breeze vape.

His father was called to the scene, and the boy was released to his custody.
