TAYLOR — A 35-year-old Ecorse woman was cited for shoplifting the afternoon of May 22 at JCPenney in Southland Center, 23000 Eureka Road.
The woman entered the store with an empty purse, which she proceeded to fill up with clothing and jewelry before exiting the store without rendering payment for $464 worth of merchandise.
The woman was cited for larceny and banned from the store in the future.
