LINCOLN PARK — A man dressed as a woman fled loss prevention personnel the night of April 13 at Meijer, 3710 Dix Ave., with housewares, including pans, knives and silverware.
The shoplifter was described as black, wearing a blue knit cap, a long black wig, a black shirt, black pants and blue shoes, and carrying a large brown bag.
The loss prevention employee watched the shoplifter conceal the items in the brown bag, then leave as a passenger in a black Ford Escape.
