MELVINDALE — Police Chief Robert Kennaley said May 28 that police officials are still investigating and following up on leads in the May 9 fatal shooting of a Detroit man, who was attacked while driving a Mercedes-Benz near the intersection of Outer and Seaway drives.
Media reports indicate that the suspects may have been in a red sport utility vehicle, which police officers from Dearborn, Southgate and Detroit searched for using aerial drones.
News outlets also reported that K-9 teams were involved in the initial search.
