ALLEN PARK — An asset protection coordinator for Old Navy, 3260 Fairlane Drive, reported on May 3 that the store was hit twice by shoplifters, on April 24 and April 26, by different teams working in pairs.

On April 24, a middle-aged man and woman stole $110 worth of clothing, splitting up to select merchandise before stuffing eight items of clothing in the man’s backpack before exiting the store without rendering payment.

On April 26, two women worked together to steal more than $786 worth of merchandise.

Surveillance camera footage shows the women selecting items and meeting up occasionally before splitting up again to acquire more items. They then exited the store without paying for any of the clothing.

Images of both sets of suspects and lists of what they stole were turned over to police officers.
