SOUTHGATE — A package that was scanned while being sent at the UPS store inside CVS, 15300 Eureka Road, was reported missing April 29 by the sender.

The victim said he was given a digital receipt and a tracking number from the CVS location, but UPS showed no record of picking up the package at the site, nor a delivery record for the item. When the sender asked the store for surveillance video of the transaction, he was told to file a police report for CVS to make the footage available.
