SOUTHGATE — A woman reported April 16 that an unknown person entered her apartment on Barberry Street, took a necklace out of a plastic storage bag, then left it elsewhere outside of the bag.
She said that nothing was missing from her apartment and there was no sign of forced entry, but she had the locks changed anyway. There were no suspects.
