DEARBORN — A man doing doughnuts with a black 2005 BMW 330 in the parking lot of Levagood Park at 12:04 a.m. March 3 was cited for reckless driving and for failing to purchase vehicle insurance.
Since the car was uninsured, it was impounded and towed, and the driver and his passenger were released at the scene.
