TRENTON — Four counterfeit $20 bills were confiscated the morning of Feb. 15 at the Walgreen store at 1700 West Road, where a young woman tried to use them to add monetary balance to a cell phone calling card.
The woman also offered a $5 bill, which was legitimate.
She said the counterfeit 20s were given to her by her mother.
The counterfeit bills were taken into evidence by responding police officer.
