DEARBORN — A 21-year-old Detroit woman was cited for driving with a suspended license the night of Jan. 21 when she was seen speeding and running a red light on eastbound Michigan Avenue at Oakwood Boulevard.
The woman’s white 2015 Ford Explorer was uninsured, and was subsequently impounded and towed.
