RIVERVIEW — A man brushing snow off his car the morning of Jan. 11 discovered that his license plate was missing and another was installed in its place.
He said he did not know whether the switch occurred at his residence in the 19800 block of Brandywine Street or somewhere else. He said he would check with neighbors who have surveillance cameras to see if they captured any footage of the theft. The replacement plate was destroyed.
