HEIGHTS — A man with disabilities who said he hasn’t filed income taxes since 1981 reported Dec. 4 that he received a letter from the Internal Revenue Service that claimed he owed taxes for 2022 reported income.
The victim said the IRS told him to file a police report and forward it to them for further investigation.
