LINCOLN PARK — Groceries ordered through the Meijer mobile grocery app were marked as delivered the morning of Nov. 11 but were never received by the purchaser, a 39-year-old woman, who said she was home the entire time waiting for the delivery.
The victim received a notification giving the time of the delivery and the name of the driver. She said she believes the driver fraudulently reported the packages as delivered. The woman was given a police report case number.
