TAYLOR — A 35-year-old Taylor woman was arrested the night of Nov. 6 for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia when patrol officers saw her walking behind a closed big box store to reach a local motel.
The woman, who identified herself, said she was just out for a walk. She consented to a search, which revealed a cigarette case containing powdered cocaine, which she said she found behind the store. She also had a crack pipe with steel wool inside. The substance later tested positive for fentanyl.
