MELVINDALE — A commercial truck with five axles, which is prohibited on Oakwood Boulevard, earned the driver a citation Oct. 20 when a traffic stop was initiated on Oakwood near Elizabeth Street.
The Indiana driver had an invalid, suspended license, and he did not have a commercial motor vehicle medical examiner’s certificate.
The vehicle, which had an empty trailer, was impounded.
