DEARBORN — A Royal Oak man who ran two red lights at 2:56 a.m. Oct. 9 while driving south on Schaefer Road at Ford Road was arrested for an outstanding warrant and taken to the Detroit Detention Center.
The man, who said he ran the red lights because he had a damaged tire on his 2019 Jeep Cherokee, had a suspended driver’s license.
His passenger, an Ecorse woman, was released at the scene with the man’s vehicle.
