ALLEN PARK — An employee of Jimmy John’s, 3420 Fairlane Drive, reported Oct. 3 that her silver 2016 Ford Fiesta was vandalized while it was parked in front of the sandwich shop while she was working.
The alternator belt and an anti-freeze line were deliberately cut, with fluid leaking underneath the car.
The victim said a former coworker, who used to argue with her about a man with whom she was involved, might have been angry enough to vandalize her vehicle.
