TAYLOR — A 51-year-old woman living in the 26900 block of California Street filed a threat report with police officials because her neighbor, a 45-year-old woman living in the 27000 block of California Street, has made repeated threats against her online since the women’s sons had an altercation over a broken car window, which has since been resolved.

The victim said the two young men had a run-in while in Flat Rock over a broken vehicle window, which was settled in 33rd District Court.

However, the angry female neighbor has continued to harass the complainant via cell phone and social media, despite her attempts to block her. She said the woman is now posting negative comments on her social media business page.

The woman had requested a personal protective order, but it was denied by a Wayne County Circuit Court judge. However, she wants to stop the woman’s slanderous comments on her social media business page, and sought to press charges for online harassment and threats.
