ALLEN PARK — Three vehicles were reported stolen and three were reported vandalized the morning of Aug. 3 from a fenced lot at Roush Industries, 333 Republic Drive.
A silver 2020 Ford Mustang GT 500, a black Dodge Challenger Hellcat and a black 2020 Ford Explorer were stolen.
Vandalized, with windows shattered, were a green 2022 Ford Mustang GT 500, a red 2020 Ford Mustang GT 500 and a gray 2018 Chrysler 300, as well as an aluminum fence post and a gate chain.
Surveillance camera footage between 4 and 4:30 a.m. Aug. 3 showed three possible suspects in the lot, with one wearing a reflective vest. A section of aluminum fencing was damaged on the southwest side of the lot. The three stolen vehicles were driven out without keys through a gate after a chain was cut.
The company agreed to forward surveillance camera footage to the police detective bureau, and the missing vehicles were entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
