DEARBORN — A group of teens were reportedly spilling water the night of July 25 from a parking deck at passersby in the 2200 block of West Village Drive.
A responding police officer detained one of the teens running away from the location, but since no one in the vicinity was available to file a complaint, no citation was written.
Since it was late at night, the minor child was driven home, and the officer advised his father of the circumstances.
