MELVINDALE — A gray 2020 Dodge Durango was reported stolen the morning of July 20 from a residential neighborhood, which the owner discovered when he went to use the remote start feature and did not hear the engine turn over.
The victim said no one else has permission to drive the vehicle, and he is up-to-date on payments. He said the SUV has a brand-new set of tires on it.
A neighbor’s surveillance camera captured footage of the vehicle passing their house at about 1:46 a.m.
The vehicle was entered into the Law Enforcement Information Network as stolen.
