LINCOLN PARK — The owner of Whittico’s Collision, 1031 Dix Ave., reported May 16 that a 5-foot-by-3-foot panel of metal fencing, valued at $150, was cut overnight from a fence on the east side of the business property.

There were no nearby surveillance cameras and no suspects. The complainant believes the vandal did not gain access to the property bounded by the fence because no alarm was triggered.
