MELVINDALE — A traffic stop initiated for a man who ran a stop sign Oct. 26 at Grace and Meginnity streets resulted in the driver being taken into custody for outstanding arrest warrants, including one for domestic violence in Ypsilanti.
The man’s driver’s license was suspended and he had an active warrant in Melvindale as well. His vehicle was impounded and towed, and he was transported to the Dearborn police station to await transfer for the Ypsilanti warrant.
