TAYLOR — The images of two men who stole Nike clothing from Dick’s Sporting Goods, 23349 Eureka Road, on the afternoon of Sept. 13 were caught on camera, and a store employee took a cell phone photo of the getaway vehicle and its license plate.
The thieves were described as black males, one heavy and wearing a white hoodie, and the other slim and wearing dark clothing.
They fled the scene in a light blue Ford Edge bearing a Michigan license plate registered to a Southfield man. Police officers searched the area for the vehicle, but did not find it.
A store employee said that they will inventory their Nike clothing items and forward a list of missing merchandise to the police detective bureau.
