RIVERVIEW — A black 2012 Dodge Journey reported stolen the morning of Sept. 16 from Greentrees Apartments was later recovered in the city of Warren thanks to the vehicle’s GPS tracking device.
The theft report was delayed a day because the vehicle owner wanted to make sure her daughter hadn’t borrowed the vehicle. The vehicle was stolen without keys.
