SOUTHGATE — A rock was used to shatter an apartment window the night of Sept. 10 in the 13400 block of Village Park Drive.
The tenant was home when the golf ball-sized stone shattered the 3-foot-by-3-foot window. While he didn’t see anyone throw the rock, he shared a possible suspect name and their motive with the responding police officers.
