DEARBORN — Four coach purses, collectively valued at $1,980, were stolen the morning of Aug. 17 from Macy’s at Fairlane Town Center, 18900 Michigan Ave.
A loss prevention employee said surveillance camera footage shows a suspect, wearing a navy shirt and pants, cutting the cords and security sensors off the purses before concealing them in a Macy’s shopping bag and exiting the store. Photos of the shoplifter were given to police officers.
