SOUTHGATE — Dog feces clogging the basin of a drinking fountain at Lions Park, near Superior Street and Reaume Parkway, was reported the morning of July 26 near the dog park.
The situation was treated as a health code violation, and the appropriate city employees were apprised of the situation. There were no witnesses to the defilement.
