HEIGHTS — A second, fraudulent loan, for $900, is being billed to a 28-year-old Dearborn Heights man after he paid off a past loan with the lending company.
The victim said the fraudulent loan was initiated June 28, and he was given an account and routing number, which he included with the police report.
