DEARBORN – Homecoming fireworks will light up the sky at 10 p.m. Aug. 6 and 7, launching from near Ford Credit, for viewing from the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center grounds.
The shells will be larger rounds, to provide additional height, so that they can be viewed by more people and from a greater distance.
Before the fireworks, the 8:45 p.m. Saturday main stage concert features Steve Augeri, former Journey lead vocalist, with the Sunday show, at 8:30 p.m., featuring country music singer and songwriter Randy Houser.
Homecoming runs Aug. 5 to 7 on the grounds of the Ford COMPAC, 15801 Michigan Avenue. For events, ride prices, parking and other information, go to dearbornhomecoming.com.
