WYANDOTTE — A 30-year-old Southgate man was arrested for operating while intoxicated the night of July 17, near Biddle Avenue and Eureka Road in Wyandotte, after hitting several curbs and street signs near Oak Street and Van Alstyne Street.

Police officers found the vehicle, with fresh damage, and observed the driver’s signs of intoxication, which included a blood alcohol content of twice the 0.08 limit for legally drunk in Michigan.
