TAYLOR — Watches, rings and bracelets, cumulatively valued at about $900, were reported stolen June 20 from a 52-year-old Taylor man’s apartment while he was recently hospitalized.
The victim said the front window screen was torn and the unlocked window was slid open to gain entry.
Among the stolen items were: 12 watches; two wedding rings; three other gold, silver and platinum rings; two silver necklaces; two silver bracelets; and a wrench set.
The man, who lives alone, said he has no idea who stole from him.
