MELVINDALE — A laptop was reported missing the morning of May 17 from a resident’s apartment at Coogan Terrace, a low-income senior and disabled public housing facility at 3501 Oakwood Blvd.
The man said it had been about two weeks since he last used the computer. He said that, other than the maintenance and management staff, no one else has access to his apartment.
