MELVINDALE — An early morning argument April 25 between a couple at a man’s residence, in the 2400 block of Kincaid Avenue, resulted in police officers standing by so the so the man could return to the house, and so the woman could pack up her belongings and leave.
An argument arose over ownership of the couple’s dog, which the police officers advised was a civil matter. They advised the woman to leave the dog at its current location until the matter was mediated.
