DEARBORN — A reckless driver was cited the night of April 19 for driving twice the posted speed – 70 mph in a 35 mph zone – and for running a red light near Miller Road and Rotunda Drive.
A traffic stop was initiated near the Miller Road Ford Rouge Complex Gate 5 and Southern Avenue.
