DEARBORN — A Dearborn Heights man who was speeding while changing lanes without signaling the night of April 16, while southeast on Outer Drive near Rotunda Drive, was cited for a registration violation, lacking insurance, driving without a valid license and speeding, and was found to have multiple outstanding warrants.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Dearborn police station for booking, while his vehicle, a 2001 gray Chevy Silverado, was parked in a nearby pharmacy parking lot.
