ALLEN PARK — Neighbors in the 9300 block of Rosedale Avenue called police officers the night of April 10, following repeated incidents with a male neighbor who randomly swears and shouts at children and adults in the neighborhood.

In addition to calling people profane names, the man shouted accusations that had no basis in reality.

He was cited for disturbing the peace, and was advised to stay in his house and be quiet. The neighbors who initiated the complaint were advised to call police officers if the man acts out again in the future.
