MELVINDALE — A man in a red Saturn minivan, who has become a repeat shoplifter at the Clark gas station at Outer Drive and Allen Road, reappeared on April 2, an employee reported.
The employee, who said the man tends to take soda pop and snack food at will, stopped hiding two packs of cookies in his clothes when he noticed he was under surveillance. Store personnel requested that the man be legally banned from the location.
