RIVERVIEW — A stop sign at Fort Street and Hale Street was discovered on the ground in the early morning hours of March 26 by a police officer, who saw tire marks on the curb.
Plastic pieces from the vehicle’s headlamp and fascia were recovered nearby on the ground. There were no nearby surveillance cameras.
