SOUTHGATE — A customer at Belle Tire, 15555 Eureka Road, drove their 2001 Dodge vehicle off the lot March 21 without paying for four new tires and an oil change.
The store manager said the customer owed Belle Tire $841 for parts and labor. The manager admitted that he did not verify the customer’s identity.
