LINCOLN PARK — A license plate stolen March 7 from a tan 2007 Chrysler Town and Country minivan, which was parked in the 1300 block of Buckingham Avenue in Lincoln Park, was recovered two days later by River Rouge police, who found the plate in the possession of a Detroit man they arrested.
The stolen status of the license plate was removed from the Law Enforcement Information Network, and the owner was notified.
