SOUTHGATE — A mysterious mail delivery may be behind an alarm being triggered at 2:12 p.m. March 1 at Vic’s Casual Dining, 13499 Dix-Toledo Road.

When the keyholder arrived at the restaurant, all the doors and windows were intact, with no sign of forced entry. However, when she unlocked the door, she discovered a pile of mail on the floor that was not there when she left and locked the building.

Police officers then checked and cleared the building, which appeared to be undisturbed on the inside.
