The Wyandotte Farmers Market and Artisan Fair, which runs 2 to 7 p.m. each Thursday, May through October, offers, in addition to fruits and vegetables, baked goods, cheese, eggs, herbs, honey, jams, maple syrup, flowers and plants. Food vendors offer tempting treats, and artisans offer unique hand-crafted wares. The Power of Produce program, to encourage healthy eating habits in children, will return this year. The Wyandotte Farmers Market is sponsored by Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital, in a special partnership with Eastern Market.
